PROBLEMS RECEIVING THE LOST PASSWORD EMAIL?
Emails can sometimes get spammed so if you don’t receive an email with the password reset link within 10minutes after submitting your email address, there are a few things you can try below.
- Look in your spam folder: Your email client (eg. Outlook) will have a spam folder – you can select the email here and tell it not to spam these emails.
- Double-check the email address is the same one the one you signed up with! (It may seem obvious but sometimes emails are entered with a wrong or missing character!)
- If you’re still having difficulties, try adding the following email address to your email program’s address book: email@example.com and try sending the reset password email again.
