Emails can sometimes get spammed so if you don’t receive an email with the password reset link within 10minutes after submitting your email address, there are a few things you can try below.

  1. Look in your spam folder: Your email client (eg. Outlook) will have a spam folder – you can select the email here and tell it not to spam these emails.
  2. Double-check the email address is the same one the one you signed up with! (It may seem obvious but sometimes emails are entered with a wrong or missing character!)
  3. If you’re still having difficulties, try adding the following email address to your email program’s address book: post@groomersgallery.com and try sending the reset password email again.
